It's time for each one of us - men, women and non-binary individuals to take purposeful action and effect change in the sphere of gender dynamics.

Gearing up for change
Tata Steel's Diversity & Inclusion initiative MOSAIC is dedicated to the cause of gender diversity and inclusion in the workplace. With its five pronged program that covers recruitment, sensitisation, retention & development, infrastructure and celebration, MOSAIC seeks to take fast-paced steps towards gender parity and thereby catalyse positive change.
Since its inception, MOSAIC has brought in place pioneering and progressive policies such as extended maternity leave & nursing breaks, paternity leave, satellite working, work from home, women scholarship and leadership programmes, facilitating infrastructure like crèches, self-defence workshops and more to drive work-life balance and create an enabling environment.
